VMAS stands for Veteran Marketing Advice Service.

It is a not-for-profit ‘organisation’, run by GoBig Digital Ltd (a UK Limited Company, registration number 12175405), offering free marketing advice for UK military veterans who currently run their own business.

To be eligible for our free marketing advice service, you must have served in the UK armed forces. There is no minimum time period of service to be eligible for this – we understand that the armed forces isn’t for everyone and circumstances can change. 

We are currently offering a free 1-hour marketing discovery call. This is intended to offer up ideas about how you might be able to market your own business better, to attract more customers/clients. It is not intended to sign you up as a paid client of GoBig Digital Ltd (though we may discuss the services we offer for general information), and no payment will be asked for at any point in line with VMAS activity.

In a bid to keep diaries clear for supporting veterans with this service, we need to streamline operations. Thus, as it stands, we can only offer up time during the work day on a Monday. This may change in the future. 

Our meetings, by default, are conducted via Microsoft Teams. If you would prefer an alternative arrangement, for example a phone call, simply follow up as such once you have booked your appointment. Though it’s much better to put faces to names. Please, do not drive while using our service. If we expect you are potentially in an unsafe situation, we will look to rearrange our meeting.  

VMAS is run by Matt Trussell, a marketing expert at GoBig Digital Ltd. He served for just over 5 years in the Corps of Royal Engineers, trained as a combat engineer, military engineer heating and plumbing, and was a search team member on Operation Herrick 15.
